在Ag电极表面制备了3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)自组装 单分子膜,通过循环伏安曲线(CV)、接触角等方法对修饰电极的电化学性能、组装膜的致密 性等进行了研究.结果表明:修饰后电极的CV曲线峰电流减小、还原峰位发生负移及峰电位 差增大,说明MPS已经在Ag电极表面成膜,对电子传输具有明显的抑制作用.膜的致密性受组 装液浓度及组装时间的影响,当MPS的浓度为01 mmol/L、组装时间为6 h时,抑制电化学 反应的效果较好,组装膜成膜状况较为理想.对不同水解时间接触角的分析表明,水解时间 不同,MPS尾基的水解自聚度不同,延长水解时间能提高组装膜的致密度.

According to SEM observation,the corrosion regulati on of LC4 aluminum alloy with alclad in China water system and the protection of alclad on LC4 were studied.The corrosion experiment was done in seawater of Qin gdao,Zhoushan,Xiamen,salt lake with high salinity of Geermu,and fresh water of C hangjiang River in Hankou.The results of the corrosion experiment of two periods for half a year and one year show the protection of alclad on LC4 aluminum allo y was different because of different water.In seawater and fresh water,aluminum alloy was not corroded as the all protection of alclad.In salt lake,the alclad o n LC4 aluminum alloy remaindered for half a year,and used up for one year.The ba se of LC4 aluminum alloy was corroded seriously.
