采用熔融共混的方式制备了纳米ATO/聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯(ATO/PP/PS) 纳米复合材料,分析了复合材料的微观相态结构,并对复合材料的物理力学性能及结晶与熔融行为进行了研究.研究结果表明加入PS对PP结晶行为影响不大,但导致PP熔点下降;纳米ATO的加入可提高PP结晶温度和熔点.纳米ATO的加入能降低PS分散相尺寸,改善体系的相容性; 只要体系中加入质量分数少于10%的ATO,就能很大程度提高合金的冲击韧度及拉伸强度.

The nano-ATO/PP/PS composites were prepared by melt method. The effect of nano-ATO on the compatibility of PP/PS blend was investigated by mean of SEM, DSC and mechanical properties test. The results indicated that the addition of PS has no influence on crystallization behavior of PP, but decreases the melting temperature of PP. The crystallization temperature and melting point of PP increased with the content of nano-ATO. The addition of nano-ATO decreased the size of the dispersed phase of PS and improved the compatibility of the system. When the mass fraction of nano-ATO in the blends was less than 10%, the impact toughness and the tensile strength could be improved greatly.
