采用丝束电极研究防锈失效之前的电位变化.结果表明,防锈油膜失效之前,涂油丝束电极腐蚀电位在(-0.2~0.3V VS SCE )范围内分布,呈现一定程度的不均匀性.防锈油膜失效之前,涂油丝束电极腐蚀电位随着浸泡时间而发生变化,在浸泡初期,随着浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀电位分布发生一定程度的正移,当腐蚀电位分布达到最大值时,随着浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀电位则服从不连续二项分布.随着浸泡时间的延长,涂油丝束电极腐蚀电位从正态分布向不连续二项分布转变.

Potential variation of rust prevention oil film after its degradation was studied by using wire beam electrode.In this paper,potential variation of rust preventing oil film before its degradation was studied using wire beam electrode.It has been found that the distribution of corrosion potential on the surface of oil-coated wire-beam electrode os heterogeneous before the degradation of rust preventing oul film. At the early stage of immersion, The distribution of corrosion potential gradually shifts to a higher potential range with increasing of immersion time.When the distribution of corrodion potential reaches to a highest potential range,it begins to shift negatively to a lower potential range.Ir is suggested that thes situation may be due to metal corrosion taking place at the metal/coating interface.The distribution of corrosion potential on oil-painted wire-beam electrode follows a normal probability distribution before the degradation of oil coating. With increasing of immersion time. the distribution of corrosion potential on oil-painted wire-beam electrode may change from normal probability distribution before the degradation of oil coating to discintinuous binomial distribution after the degradation of oil coating
