熔融沉积成型(FDM)是瞬态非线性的,存在温度在时间和空间的不断变化.成型过程的热分析,是对应力变化,以及翘曲变形等的重要参考.该文通过有限元分析方法中的生死单元技术,使用APDL语言编写程序来进行温度场的模拟,发现温度场的变化规律,以及其与应力场和翘曲变形等的关联.

The fused deposition molding (FDM) is transient and nonlinear,and there is a constant change of temperature in time and space.Thermal analysis of the forming process is an important reference for the change of the stress and the warping deformation.This paper,through the birth and death element of the finite element analysis method,using the APDL language program to simulate the temperature field,found the changes regulation of the temperature field and association with the warpage and stress field.
