针对低硅铁水的冶炼问题,计算了不同硅含量的铁水在转炉炼钢吹氧时,硅、碳氧化反应的吉布斯自由能ΔGSi和ΔGC的变化规律,提出了以"氧化转化浓度"为界点的硅、碳选择性氧化的新模式。用此模式分析了低硅铁水对转炉炼钢造渣工艺的影响,确定了适用于转炉炼钢的铁水中[Si]的最佳含量。同时计算了不同碳含量对该"氧化转化浓度"的影响,提出了不同条件下界点浓度的计算公式,便于实际生产过程中的灵活操作。

In order to understand the essence of problems occurred in blowing low-silicon hot metal,the Gibbs energies of oxidation of [C] and were calculated at different concentration.A new concept of "oxidation transfer concentration" was proposed,which can indicate the critical point of selective oxidation of or [C] in hot metal.On the basis of this new concept,the influence of low silicon hot metal on steelmaking process was discussed,and the optimal concentration in low silicon hot metal was given.Furthermore,effect of [C] concentration on this "oxidation transfer concentration" of was also analyzed and formulated,which can be used to evaluate the oxidation transfer concentration in various conditions.Thus,it will be flexible to perform operation accordingly in practice.
