高级检索

在960~1080℃区间4个奥氏体化温度段对离心铸造高碳高速钢进行淬、回火,测试其磨损性能.结果表明:1000℃奥氏体化热处理的试样,磨损13h后体积损失量最低,仅为960℃奥氏体化处理后的43%.通过光学显微镜(OM)、SEM及XRD对试样组织形貌和结构分析表明:铸造组织为针状马氏体、残留奥氏体、共晶碳化物,晶界碳化物偏析随奥氏体化温度升高有先减后增趋势.1000℃奥氏体化淬、回火后晶粒内球状、短棒状MC型碳化物分布最为均匀.
