本文以Heywang模型为基础,分析了影响BaTiO3PTCR陶瓷阻温系数α的主要因素,并给出了解析关系.各参数的测量结果与该关系基本相符.

Main factors influencing α(temperature coefficient of resistance) of BaTiO3 PTCR ceramicswere analysed based on Heywang model. A relation between α and acceptor density at grainboundaries, donor density and Curie constant was given, and the experimental results are inreasonable consistence with the relation.
