采用质谱分析仪对转炉炉气进行在线检测分析,结果表明:通过分析炉气中CO和CO2的变化规律,可以判断炉子返干、喷溅等的运行情况;通过分析炉气中O2的变化规律可以判断吹炼始末;通过分析炉气中H2的变化规律,可以将H2作为设备事故报警的一个信号。

The off-gas of BOF is measured by mass spectrograph on-line and forecasting the refining process and end-point on time with the off-gas analysis.The results showed that the drying and flashing can be estimated by analyzing the changing rule of CO and CO2;and the starting and finishing of oxygen blowing can be estimated by analyzing the changing of CO2;the hydrogen is an alerting signal by analyzing the changing rule of H2.
