采用电纺制备聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)超细纤堆,利用扫描电镜研究纺丝液浓度、交联剂聚乙二醇(PEG)对电纺纤雏形貌的影响.实验结果表明,纺丝液质量分数低于40%,无法得到纤维膜,质量分数为45%和50%时得到直径分别为(3.3±0.9)μm胂和(5.2±0.5)μm的均匀纤雏.以3% PEG(质量分数)为交联剂,于145℃交联,在0.05 mol/L NaOH/乙醇溶液中水解制备SMANa-PEG超细纤维水凝胶.交联剂PEG的加入并不影响纤维形貌.交联纤维泡水后仍能保持原有形貌.在pH=4,7和9的缓冲溶液中达到溶胀平衡所需时间分别为31 min,13 min和4.6 min.说明电纺SMANa-PEG超细纤维水凝胶表现出非常快速的pH响应性.
