高级检索

目前,低成本、高性能的YBa2Cu3O7-x涂层导体制备技术已成为国际实用化高温超导材料的研究重点.由于金属基带的特性(织构、表面粗糙度等)直接决定了阻隔层的特性,进而影响到YBCO层的超导性能.因此,制备高质量的金属基带是涂层导体制备技术的关键核心技术之一.本研究对金属基带的性能、选材、制备技术以及国内外的研究状况给予了较系统的总结和评述,并对其发展和应用前景进行了一些探讨.
