采用溶胶凝胶法制备了具有生物活性的SiO2/聚乙醇酸-乳酸共聚物(PLGA)组织工程支架材料。该方法选用廉价的硅溶胶作为硅源制备二氧化硅凝胶,简单易行,大大降低了成本。用模拟体液(SBF)溶液对含有SiO2的PLGA支架材料进行体外模拟浸泡实验。从电子探针照片上可以看到制得的含有SiO2的PLGA多孔支架材料有着良好的微孔性,可用作组织工程支架。支架材料在SBF溶液中浸泡72 h后:电子探针元素分析发现支架材料表面沉积物中有大量钙、磷等元素;XRD图谱在2θ=32°处出现的结晶峰,证实了支架表面碳酸羟基磷灰石的形成。研究表明,所制得的含有SiO2的PLGA多孔支架材料具备良好生物活性。

The sol-gel technology was adopted as a new method to prepare bioactive SiO2/ poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) scaffolds for the first time.Cheap silica sols were used as the source of silica.This method was simple and convenient.After prepared,the SiO2/PLGA scaffolds were immersed in the simulated body fluid(SBF) solution and were evaluated by electron probe,X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The pictures of electron probe showed that there are many holes in SiO2/PLGA scaffolds.This means that SiO2/PLGA scaffolds can be used as tissue engineering scaffolds.After SiO2/PLGA scaffolds were immersed in the SBF solution for 72h,poorly-crystal apatite was formed on the surface of the scaffolds.That is proved by the sediment of a great deal of calcium and phosphorus appeared on the surface of the scaffolds in electron probe pictures and the apatite’s dispersion apex at 2θ=32° in XRD patterns.The results suggest that SiO2/PLGA scaffolds are bioactive and the method is feasible.
