轧钢温度控制有强烈的非线性、时变性和耦合性,经典控制方法很难获得良好的控制精度。设计出规则自寻优模糊控制器,以温度误差及误差变化率为输入并在线调整控制规则的加权因子,当误差较大时,系统以减小误差为主,加权因子值取大些,以保证尽快达到设定温度。当误差较小时,以抑制误差变化率为主,加权因子值取小一些,使系统尽快稳定,从而获得最优的控制规则。实验结果表明,该方法能实现无超调控制,减小反应时间,并且对干扰信号反应不灵敏,从而提高了温度的控制精度。

Strip final rolling temperature control is highly complex, which shows nonlinear, variational and coupling properties, high precision cannot be gained by classical control method. The twoinputsingleoutput fuzzy controller which chooses temperature error and error change rate as inputs is designed, meanwhile, the optimizing control rules are gained by searching the best power coefficient online in the following way: if error is large, the power coefficient is increased, and if error is small, the coefficient is decreased. The result shows that it is not sensitive to interference and no overrun control, short response time and high temperature precision can be obtained.
