在30℃~300℃温度范围内利用二维广角X射线、显微红外光谱(FT-IR)和偏光显微镜原位检测升温过程中脱胶桑蚕丝微观结构的变化。结果表明,升温过程中,晶格的膨胀系数沿a轴和b轴表现出明显的各向异性,具有氢键作用的a轴方向晶格膨胀系数远远小于b轴方向;温度〈180℃时,蚕丝结晶度变化不明显,但温度≥180℃,结晶度开始升高,部分分子链由无规线团构象向β-sheet构象转变;由于纤维的炭化,280℃以后蚕丝的结晶度开始显著下降;整个加热过程中,晶体的取向度略微增加。

The microstructure and surface morphology evolution of degummed Bombyx mori silk were investigated by X-ray diffraction,FT-IR microscope and polarization microscope over a broad temperature range from 30 ℃ to 300 ℃.The results indicate that the thermal expansion coefficients of lattice are highly anisotropic along a and b axial during heating.The thermal expansion coefficient along a axial is much smaller than that along b axial because of strong hydrogen bonding force along a axial.Besides,the crystallinity of baves begins to increase from 180 ℃ for the transition from the random coil to β-sheet,and decrease significantly at 280 ℃ when the carbonization occurs.It is also found that the degree of orientation increases slightly during the entire heating process.
