化学浴沉积(CBD)被用于在TiO2单晶纳米棒阵列上形成-CdS量子点薄层,进而组装量子点敏化太阳电池.通过扫描电镜、透射电镜以及其它方法分析发现,结晶良好的CdS量子点均匀包覆于TiO2纳米棒的表面,且组装好的太阳电池显示出良好的光伏特征.优化量子点敏化工艺,获得了高达1.28%的太阳能转换效率.效率不高可能是电子在量子点间的迁移不畅引起的.
