水泥生产过程中存在着大量热量浪费,如由窑尾预热器出口和窑头熟料冷却机排出的高温废气、回转窑筒体表面向环境辐射和对流产生的热损失等.研究水泥回转窑筒体表面耗散热回收利用技术,充分合理的利用这种余热资源,是提高水泥厂余热梯级利用程度和能量利用率的重要措施.为了更加高效地使能源管理计划和能源审计分析方法在水泥烧成系统中得到应用.本文从能量平衡的角度分析了烧成系统的能效利用情况,研究了回收回转窑表面余热的二级窑壳,以揭示潜在的余热回收利用价值,提高烧成系统的能耗利用率.
