目前关于强化管管外池沸腾的研究还很不成熟,为了更好的理解、指导强化管的设计和在蒸发器等换热设备中的应用,本文主要基于Webb、Pals等的研究提出了R22水平强化管管外池沸腾的换热模型,通过模拟计算,得到了传热系数与热流密度、蒸发压力的相关关系。另外以Webb、Pals公式为基准,结合实验数据提出了新的换热关联式,分析表明该换热关联式的误差在13%以内。

Current research of pool boiling heat transfer outside the enhanced tube is still immature. In order to better understand and instruct the design of enhanced tubes and the application of them in heat exchangers such as the evaporator, this paper has come up with a model of pool boiling heat transfer outside the horizontal enhanced tube with R22. Calculation results show how heat transfer coefficient changes with heat flux and evaporation pressure. Additionally, we have put forward a new heat transfer correlation based on the Webb-Pals correlation and the experiment results. According to the error analysis, the error of this new correlation is less tha.n 13%.
