以正硅酸乙酯、氨水和去离子水为原料,采用水解缩合法在不同醇作溶剂的条件下合成亚微米级二氧化硅微球.用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)及场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对其微观结构和形貌进行表征.着重研究反应介质对二氧化硅微球的影响.结果表明,随着溶剂分子中碳原子数的增加,反应所得粒子的粒径越大,其球形度也越好,为制备不同粒径、均匀的单分散二氧化硅微球的研究奠定了基础.

By tetraethylortho silicate, ammonia and deionised water as starting materials, the monodisperse silica microsphere in semi-micron level was synthesized by hydrolysis condensation method in different mediums. The structure and morphology of the SiO_2 particles were characterized by FT-IR and SEM, respectively. The effect of reaction mediums, such as anhydrous ethanol, isopropanol and butanol, on the products was discussed. The results revealed that, under comparable conditions, the condensation reaction slowed down with increasing molecular weight of the alcoholic solvents, while particles of larger size with a fair degree of uniformity were synthesized. It is the foundation for preparation of monodisperse SiO_2 microspheres with different sizes.
