以聚乳酸基大分子二醇(PDLLA-PEG400-PDLLA)为软段、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为偶联剂、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和哌嗪(PPZ)作为混合扩链剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了一系列不同羧基含量的反应性聚氨酯(PU-COOHn),以期为后续进一步共价引入生物活性分子,制备组织工程用生物活性或仿生生物材料奠定材料基础.利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、接触角检测仪、吸水率检测和拉伸试验对PU-COOHn的结构、分子量、亲/疏水性、热性能和力学性能进行了表征.结果表明,DMPA已被成功引入PU-COOHn中,且DMPA可有效提高PU-COOHn的亲水性和力学性能.
