本文在建立多相混输泵实验装置的基础上,以自行设计的螺旋轴流式多相泵原理机为实验研究对象,分别以纯水、空气—水为实验介质,系统地研究了多相泵的泵轴转速、进口压力、混合物特性等对多相输送性能的影响,为多相泵的进一步开发研制及完善设计提供了试验资料。

With the development of marginal and offshore oil field, the multiphase boost technology is becoming more and more important. This paper introduces some progresses achieved in the study of the helico-axial multiphase pump, meanwhile, the test bed, test pumps and experimental studies on pumping performances were presented. A set of multifunctional test bed of multiphase flow was designed and built, on this base, performances of the test pump under pure water condition and two-phase fluid condition containing of water and air were investigated. The influence of the rotational speed,suction pressure and inlet gas volume fraction on performances of test pumps was studied and the test results were analyzed profoundly.
