以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIM]Cl)为溶剂,研究了丝素蛋白在[BMIM]Cl中的溶解情况,结果表明,温度对丝素在[BMIM]Cl中的溶解有较大影响,当温度〈90℃时,即使延长溶解时间,丝素也难以溶解,而当温度≥90℃时,随着温度升高,溶解速率明显加快。考虑到高温会使丝素降解,因此,选择100℃为丝素的最佳溶解温度。此外,还讨论了合适凝固浴的选取,并对10%的丝素/[BMIM]Cl溶液进行干喷湿法纺丝,以甲醇作为凝固浴制得再生丝素纤维。在此基础上,测试了再生丝素纤维的热性能和结构,证实了所制得的再生丝素纤维主要为Silk II结构。

A ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(Cl) was used as solvent,the dissolution of silk fibroin in Cl was studied.The results show that the temperature has an obvious effect on the dissolution of silk fibroin.When the temperature was below 90 ℃,the silk fibroin couldn′t be dissolved in Cl.However,the dissolution rate of silk fibroin increases with the increasing of temperature when the temperature is higher than 90 ℃,then 100 ℃ is chosen as the best dissolving temperature to avoid the degradation of silk fibroin at high temperature.In addition,the regenerated silk fiber was spun by dry-jet-wet spinning from 10% silk fibroin/Cl solution using methanol as the coagulation bath.Moreover,the thermal performance and structure of the regenerated silk fiber were determined.The results confirm there is mainly silk II structure in the regenerated silk fiber.
