鼓泡流态化一直是稠密气固多相流研究领域中的热点,本文用计算流体力学-离散单元方法(CFD-DEM)对典型鼓泡流态化过程进行模拟并针对影响计算结果的重要参数进行敏感性分析,旨在验证程序的可靠性、精确度,并进一步分析模型参数对结果的影响.模拟结果真实还原了鼓泡流态化的流动情形,发现颗粒参数如杨氏模量对结果的影响较小,而静摩擦系数对结果影响较大,颗粒碰撞切向阻尼可以忽略.模拟边界条件对结果的影响主要体现在边壁附近,对中心区域统计量变化影响很小.此外,还发现不同网格尺度对模拟结果有明显影响.
