采用高温熔融水淬法制备了CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃熔块,用于高强度高压电瓷的低温粘接.利用XRD、SEM等分析方法,研究了粘接烧成工艺制度对粘接层的相组成、显微结构及抗弯强度的影响.研究结果表明,以适宜组成的CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃熔块和2%高岭土为粘结材料,粒度控制在125 μm以下,粘接层厚度1 mm,采用独特的粘接烧成工艺制度在1140 ℃下粘接烧成,粘接层是以柱状β-硅灰石为主晶相的微晶玻璃材料,结构致密,气孔小而少,粘接试样的抗弯强度达到88.6 MPa.

A kind of microcrystalline glass frits was used to join high voltage porcelains with high strength in the research. The chemical compositions of such frits were within CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 system and prepared by melting-quenching routine. The influence of sintering process of joining materials on phase composition, microstructure and bending strength were studied by XRD and SEM. The results show that compact glass-ceramic materials can be gained by taking suitable chemical composition and granularity of microcrystalline glass frits and 2% kaoline as joining materials, whose granularity was requested under 125 μm and thickness of joining materials layer was 1 mm. The bending strength of joining body is up to 88.6 MPa with suitable sintering process, in which the main crystal phase of joining materials layer is β-wollastonite and air hole in it is small and few.
