采用固相反应合成了YBaCo4O7-x致密透氧膜材料,并对其进行了XRD分析和热重-差式扫描量热分析.用稳态法测量了在400℃以下的透氧率,在得到YBaCo4O7-x的透氧率随厚度变化的曲线后发现,在实验的膜厚范围内,透氧率受体相扩散所控制.最后测量了它在较高温度下的透氧率,结果表明在900℃时远远高于400℃左右的透氧率,接近于它们的5~8倍.
