本文以硝酸铁和乙二醇为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法得到的前驱物经过真空热处理直接得到了单分散性Fe3O4纳米颗粒.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、激光粒度分析仪和振动样品磁强计等测试手段对样品的结构、形貌、粒径以及磁学性能等进行了表征.结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,Fe3O4纳米颗粒的粒径增大,并且其饱和磁化强度和矫顽力也随之增加.
