采用涂覆法制备了作为光催化剂的TiO2薄膜.XRD和SEM分析表明:所制备的TiO2为锐钛型;薄膜表面呈现均匀的结构;微晶平均粒度为22.7 nm.在体外对胃癌细胞进行了紫外光照TiO2光催化的实验,并同仅用紫外光和仅用TiO2的空白实验作了对照.用盒子维模型计算了所制备的催化剂表面分形维数.结果表明:所制备的纳米TiO2催化剂表面分形维数介于2.52~2.57.分形维数较大的TiO2薄膜,对胃癌细胞的杀伤效果较好,杀伤率达80%.
