采用乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(POF-g-MAH)作为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/尼龙6(PA6)共混体系的反应性增容剂,通过熔融挤出制备出固定相具有物理交联结构的热致形状记忆合金.研究了组分含量,拉伸比和形变回复温度对合金的形变回复率和回复速率的影响.结果表明,POE-g-MAH的添加显著提高了共混合金的形状记忆性能,当组分配比为80/20/10(HDPE/PA6/POE-g-MAH),形变回复温度为135℃,拉伸比为75%时,试样形变回复率达到96.5%.

High density polyethylene (HDPE)/nylon6 (PA6) thermal shape memory blends, which used ethylene/octane copolymer graft maleic anhydride (POE-g-MAH) as a reactive compatibilizer, were prepared by the methods of melting extrusion. In the blends, the dispersed PA6 domains with physical crosslink were designed as the fixed phase. The effects of components content, stretch ratio and recovery temperature on recovery rate and recovery speed of the blends were studied. The results show that the addition of the POE-g-MAIl obviously promotes the thermal -stimulative shape memory properties of the blends. The shape recovery rate is 96.5 % when the composition of blend is 80/20/10 (HDPE/PA6/POE-g-MAH), shape recovery temperature is 135 ℃ and stretch ratio is 75%.
