利用LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟了平头弹垂直冲击作用下平纹织物的动态响应,分析了织物的变形、纱线断裂、冲击载荷以及能量吸收特性,讨论了不同弹体冲击速度对织物动态响应的影响.结果表明:平头弹冲击作用下织物的破坏形式为弹体边缘的剪切破坏.在弹体贯穿织物过程中,纱线应变能、纱线动能和摩擦耗散能是弹体动能转变的主要能量形式.结果还表明,当弹体冲击速度小于临界速度时,织物吸收的能量随冲击速度的增加而增大,弹体冲击速度大于临界速度时织物吸收的能量逐渐降低.本文数值模拟结果与已有实验结果进行了对比,分析表明平头弹冲击织物时的横向偏移变形和吸能特性曲线均吻合较好.
