研究了邯钢三炼钢方坯生产ML08Al浸入式水口堵塞的形成机制,分析了连铸浇铸过程中水口堵塞的影响因素,提出提高保护浇铸水平,对钢水夹杂物进行变性处理,对塞棒进行吹氩等措施,可有效防止水口堵塞,解决了堵水口的问题,稳定了生产节奏,也取得了较好的经济效益。

Hangang three steelmaking billet production ML08AL immersion type nozzle blocking was studied,analyzes the formation mechanism of the continuous casting process under the influence factors of nozzle blocking was analyzed,and improving protection of steel cast level and inclusions of plug sex reassignment processing was put forward.Measures for blowing argon bar can effectively prevent nozzle blocking,solve the problem of water mouth,stabilize production rhythm,and have achieved good economic benefits.
