本文探讨了不同硫化体系对混炼胶硫化特性及硫化胶力学性能、老化性能、压缩模量及压缩永久变形性能的影响.结果表明:含有活性双键的助交联剂能不同程度提高混炼胶的最高转矩,硫化胶的定伸强度,硬度,压缩模量,改善硫化胶的压缩永久变形.其中采用DCP与硫化助剂A并用时,硫化胶的综合性能最好.
Effect of curing system on the curing property,mechanical property,anti-aging property and permanent compression set of HNBR has been studied in this paper.Three different curing co-agents with ethylene linkage have been added into HNBR composite separately.All these three HNBR vulcanizates show higher modulus,lower permanent set and better anti-aging property than those vulcanized only by DCP and the one vulcanized with agent A exhibits the best comprehensive property.
