为研究液体模塑成型过程中树脂流体在面内流动渗透的情况,基于2D径向测试方法,采用布置线性传感器的2D渗透率测试装置,研究了织物预型件的不同缝编铺敷工艺对织物面内渗透性的影响.结果表明,不同缝编方式、铺敷形式及粘合剂处理对碳纤维织物内部流动行为和渗透性的影响显著.当缝编和铺敷加工而形成的流道与纤维束方向一致时,单向渗透率较高,但主渗透率K、K2相差较大,各向异性系数较低.当流道与纤维束方向呈一定角度时,主渗透率差异性减小,面内渗透各向同性提高.热熔性粘合剂会在加工过程中产生粘结反应,粘合剂颗粒大小及分布的变化会改变织物内部及层间孔隙的尺寸效应.粘合剂反应融化后会形成团片状粘附在纤维束的表面,分布更加离散化,从而形成较大的沟槽和孔隙尺寸,使得渗透率提高.
