通过共溶剂的方法制备了石墨烯/炭纤维(CF)/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)导电复合材料.实验结果表明,氧化石墨烯(GO)在体积比1∶9的水(H2O)/二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)混合溶剂中能够形成稳定的均一溶液.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析热压还原后氧化石墨烯(RGO)/PVDF复合材料内部结构变化,采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了石墨烯与炭纤维的相互作用.研究发现,CF的氧化处理更有利于提高复合材料的电导率,提升了近3个量级.CF的氧化处理与石墨烯复合产生了明显的正温度系数效应(PTC),消除了负温度系数效应(NTC).最终通过SEM观察等分析了出现上述差异和现象的原因.
