以不均匀粒度的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球为造孔剂,用造孔剂燃烧工艺(BURPS)制备了多孔PZT95/5铁电陶瓷.研究PMMA的添加量对多孔PZT95/5铁电陶瓷的物相组成、孔隙率和电性能的影响.X射线衍射分析显示PMMA的添加对陶瓷的物相组成没有影响,SEM结果显示PMMA微球在PZT 95/5铁电陶瓷中引入了与其大小相近的气孔;孔隙率结果表明多孔PZT 95/5铁电陶瓷的孔隙率随着坯体中PMMA的体积分数增加而增加;电性能方面,电滞回线测试和介电温谱测试结果分别表明样品的剩余极化强度和介电常数随着孔隙率的增加而减小.
