论述并实践了攀钢3号方圆坯连铸机夹持段支撑辊列优化方案。此方案优化了夹持段辊列布置结构,减少了辊子装配数量,简化了夹持段结构。运用这种方案,可减少生产过程中的拉坯阻力,降低异常事故时滞坯的概率,且大大减少夹持段在线维护和离线检修的工作量和作业难度,降低备件消耗,从而提高连铸机的经济效益。

Optimization scheme is elaborated for supporting rolls of pinch roll segment in No. 3 square and round billet continuous casting machine of Pangang (hereinafter CCM). By means of optimizing the configuration of supporting rolls, the structure of pinch roll segments is simplified with fewer rolls. Hence, withdrawal resistance is reduced together with lowered odds of billet lagging during abnormal accidents, and both on-line maintenance and off-line repair are lessened and facilitated, which reduce the consumption of spare parts and guarantee the economic benefits of CCM.
