基于STC89C52和Atmel89C4051的双芯片系统,通过测试材料在不同温度下和不同振动情况下的自由衰减曲线,经数值处理得到材料的动态力学性能。实验过程实现了计算机对设备的控制和数据采集,经处理可以获得材料在全温度范围内的损耗、弹性模量和损耗模量等。本系统易操纵,自动化程度高,设备体积小。

Based on the dualchip system with STC89C52 and Atmel89C4051, through testing the free decay curve of material at different temperatures and different vibrations, the dynamic mechanical properties after the data processing are obtained. During the experiment the computer is capable of controlling the equipment and collecting data from the equipment in time. The loss, elastic modulus, loss modulus of the material in the whole temperature range are obtained. The compact equipment is easy to manipulate with a high degree of automation.
