本文使用基本参数法,不使用参考标准,直接对样品进行测量,编制计算机程序,校正样品基体.对Zr-Nb合金进行能量色散X射线荧光分析,Nb含量分析结果是(2.58±0.078)%,与化学湿法分析结果符合得很好.
The Zr-Nb alloy was determined directly on the excited specimen with theenergy dispersion X-ray spectrometer by the fundamental parameter method with-out any reference standard.The result was then calculated using the program byTQ-6 computer.The content of Nb in alloy was showen as(2.58±0.078)% whichis in good agreement with the chemical analytical method.
