采用玉米秸秆纤维对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行改性,利用热压工艺得到了玉米纤维/PBS复合材料。研究了在相同浓度的碱液中,水煮、微波及超声波三种处理工艺对纤维得率及复合材料性能的影响,发现三种方法对纤维均有一定的活化作用,扫描电镜(SEM)观测到微波和超声波处理的纤维表面较纯净,纤维束较疏松,得到复合材料的力学性能较优。同时利用X射线能谱仪(EDS)分析不同处理方式的纤维表面元素含量可知,微波和超声波处理的纤维表面氧含量较高,有利于秸秆表面和PBS形成更多的氢键,从而提高了复合材料的界面粘接力。

Corn straw fiber/poly butylene succinate(PBS) composites were prepared by hot-pressing technology.And in the same alkali environment,studied the influence of the boiled,microwave and ultrasound treatment processes on the fiber extraction rate and composites performance.The results show that three processes have activation to the fibers.By scanning electron microscope(SEM) we find that the surface of fiber treated with microwave and ultrasound is more pure,the fiber bundles were looser,mechanical properties of the fiber/PBS composites are optimal.And by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS) we analyze the element content of the fibers,find that the oxygen content of the fibers surface which are treated by microwave and ultrasound is higher,this result would be good to form the hydrogen bonds between the surface of straw fibers and PBS and improve the interfacial strength of composites.
