高级检索

针对内腔结构(内腔封闭或半封闭的小直径细长管状结构)特点, 研制了高压无气自动涂装系统, 解决了内腔结构喷涂难题, 同时改进了涂装工艺, 将SLF重腐蚀防护涂料和IMR纳米复合涂料配合使用组成复合防腐体系, 采取了有效的密封技术, 明显改善了内腔结构的抗腐蚀品质.

An auto spraying device and new spraying technique were developed to improve the anticorrosion ability of long-thin type hollowed structures used as engineering structural parts. Complex anticorrosion system which was composed of SLF anticorrosion paint and IMR compound coating material, and effective sealing measures were taken to improve the anticorrosion performance of the hollowed structures.
