介绍了利用纳米材料和技术代替传统的硅(Si)材料,研制电子功能元器件的重要性和急迫性.着重介绍了用纳米碳管研制场效应晶体管(FET)这一重要的电子元件的进展情况及几种常见的碳纳米管FET.分析了现有的碳纳米管FET实用化的困难和存在的问题,并展望了碳纳米管FET的应用前景.
