研究了Mg-Al-Ca-Ti合金中添加不同含量稀土元素Y的铸造镁合金,对430℃固溶后不同温度和时间的时效处理的镁合金的相结构、显微组织和显微硬度进行测定.探寻低含量稀土元素Y及不同热处理对镁合金的相结构、显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,加入一定量的稀土元素Y改变了铸造镁合金的相结构与组织形态,从而改变其力学性能;低含量Y能够增加固溶及时效处理后铸造镁合金中的颗粒相含量;固溶+时效处理对提高该类含1%左右Y的镁合金的硬度作用不显著.
