本文以马钢CSP流程生产电工钢特点为基础,模拟了典型高牌号无取向电工钢(50W310)的生产过程,研究了常化温度对典型高牌号无取向电工钢(50W310)的组织、织构和性能的影响。结果表明:经过热轧板常化处理的成品磁性能完全达到国标要求;在实验室研究的热轧板常化温度范围内(900℃~1050℃),随着常化温度的升高,热轧板晶粒尺寸逐渐增大;成品晶粒平均尺寸呈先增大后减小的趋势;成品中织构强度变弱,特别是{111}、{112}和{114}等织构明显减弱;成品铁损P15值呈先降低后升高的趋势,磁感B50值单调递增,但增幅较为缓慢。

Based on the characteristic of electrial steel which produced by CSP process of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd.,the production process of the typically high grade non-oriented electrical steel(50W130) was simulated.The effects of the normalizing annealing temperature on microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of the typically high grade non-oriented electrical steel(50W130) was studied.The results indicated that the magnetic properties of prodcuts whose hot rolled sheets were normalizing annealled has met the chinese standard completely. With increasing nomalizing annealing temperture at the 900℃~1050℃ which is the nomalizing annealing temperature studied in the laboratory, the grains of hot rolled plates grow and the grains of products grow first and reduce afterwards. The texture density espacially {111},{112}and {114} of products are reduced obviously. The iron loss(P15) of products is reduced first and increased afterwards. The magnetic induction(B50) is monotonically increased in smaller amplitude range.
