采用界面聚合技术获得了新型信息记录材料光显影微胶囊,首次利用光产酸扩散法实现光信息记录与再现的同步完成。利用显影密度变化研究了光显影微胶囊的信息记录与再现特性。实验结果表明阳离子光显影微胶囊具有高效的显影特性,随曝光时间延长样品的显影密度迅速达到最大值,最大显色密度与阳离子光引发剂和染料前体的浓度有关;阳离子光显影微胶囊中存在比较明显的显色反应逆过程(褪色反应),阳离子光引发剂浓度高时褪色效应比较明显,并且发现温度对褪色过程影响比较明显。

The photodevelopment microcapsule is synthesized with interfacial polymerization method,which is a new type of optical information recording function material.Photodevelopment microcapsule realizes the synchronization of optical information recording and reappearance by diffusion of acid produced by photochemical action for the first in China.The property of optical information recording and reappearance of photodevelopment microcapsule was studied according to the changing of imaging density.Results show that cationic photodevelopment microcapsule has highly-efficient development characteristic,and the imaging density quickly comes to the maximum with exposure time prolonging,which has relation to the concentration of cationic photoinitiator and dye precursor.Clear reverse reaction of coloration in cationic photodevelopment microcapsule has been detected.The fading effect is evident when the concentration of cationic photoinitiator is high.The temperature has clear effect on the process of fading.
