采用溶胶-凝胶法制备0.5% Al-3% In-TiO2光催化剂,研究煅烧温度对材料性质和光催化降解活性的影响.结果表明,不同煅烧温度制备的0.5% Al-3% In-TiO2样品均为锐钛矿型TiO2晶型,TiO2晶粒尺寸和晶胞体积随煅烧温度升高增大.煅烧温度升高导致样品平均孔径增大,累积孔容积和比表面积减少.400℃制备的样品比表面积为108.9 m2/g,平均孔径为8.0 nm,累积孔容积为0.1395 cm3/g.0.5% Al-3% In-TiO2材料吸附染料能力随煅烧温度升高而下降.400℃制备的样品具有相对较强的光催化降解活性,经30 min光照后甲基橙溶液的降解率为58.1%.
