在实验室条件下,以CaOFe2O3CaF2为预熔脱磷剂的主要渣系,对预熔脱磷剂的配比关系、加入量、处理温度、初始铁水磷含量以及预熔渣粒度进行了研究。结果发现:在1350 ℃条件下,w(CaO)/w(Fe2O3) 约取1.0,在加入量为10%的预熔脱磷剂能将铁水中的磷降低到0.0079%,脱磷率为96.24%,且初始铁水磷含量以及预熔渣粒度对脱磷率影响不大。

With CaOFe2O3CaF2 system slag as dephosphorizer,the influencing factors of such premelted dephosphorizer,composition,addition rate, treating temperature, initial phosphors content in hot metal and granularity of premelted slag was studied in laboratory. As a result, at 1350 ℃ and with a ratio of w(CaO)/w(Fe2O3) about 1.0,adding 10% premelted dephosphorizer could lower the phosphorus content in hot metal to 0.0079% with a dephosphorization rate of 96.24%. The dephosphorization rate was not affected by initial phosphorus content in hot metal and granularity of premelted slag.
