片状氧化铝粉体以其优越的性能广泛应用于陶瓷、化妆品、汽车漆料等多种领域.采用熔盐法以γ-Al2O3为原料、复合硫酸盐(分析纯Na2SO4-K2SO4)为熔盐,添加一定量的添加剂,在1200C×3h制得粒径为4~10μm、厚度约0.2μn的片状氧化铝粉体.
