通过半连续种子乳液聚合法合成了一种可直接在未处理聚丙烯表面涂饰的乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷(AC-76)改性的核壳型丙烯酸聚合物乳液.通过表面张力、接触角及吸水率测试分析了乳液的表面性质及乳胶膜的耐水性,通过原子力显微镜、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析等表征了AC-76用量对乳胶膜表面形态、热稳定性及玻璃化转变温度的影响.研究结果表明,随着AC-76用量的增大,乳胶膜的疏水性、热稳定性、玻璃化转变温度先提高后降低,当AC-76用量为2%时,乳胶膜的综合性能达到最优.
