利用THERMECMASTER-Z热/力模拟机对00Cr20Ni18Mo6Cu[N]高钼氮奥氏体不锈钢进行单道次热压缩试验,研究其动态力学行为和热加工特性,建立了其动态再结晶动力学方程,并从位错理论出发,建立了一个考虑了动态再结晶的完整的流变应力模型,并将模型预报值与实验值进行比较和验证,表明其具有很高的精确度,还对变形后压缩模拟试样进行了动态组织结构的研究,不同变形条件对动态再结晶和微观组织的影响进行了分析研究.
