采用湿化学法在乙二醇体系中,利用以氯化钴为反应物、水合肼为还原剂制备获得的金属钴纳米粒子为前驱物,以低温前驱物硫化法在高分子PVP的修饰下成功的合成出了直径200~250 nm,长度可达10 μm的"线团状"硫化钴自组装纳米链.产物的场冷及零场冷曲线在T<350 K时明显分离,表明样品呈现明显的磁性各向异性,推测由于其准一维形貌结构,使得样品临界势垒温度TB大于350 K.

Highly regular clew-like Co4S3 nanostructure intertwisted from ultra long nanochains which were self assembled by irregular nanoparticles were synthesized by a simple and mild chemical solution route and the magnetic property of the product was investigated. The results show that MZFC(T) and MFC(T) curves separate widely from each other even with the temperature going up to 350 K. It indicates the presence of a magnetic anisotropy potential barrier even at T > 350 K which cause the blocking temperature, TB, to exceed 350 K.
