本文通过激光粒度分析、休止角测定、水泥物理性能测试等物理、化学分析等方法,从助磨和增强的角度,比较了三乙醇胺与三乙丙醇胺对普通硅酸盐水泥粉体特性及水泥浆体物理化学性能的影响.结果表明:质量改进剂生产原料完全可以脱离传统助磨剂三乙醇胺,其对水泥具有良好的助磨和增强作用,水泥3d,28d强度提高均达10%左右,并且有效提高了磨机产量(达15~20%).

In order to improve grinding and enhance the strength of pastes, a quality improver of cement (QI) has been found. The effects of triethanolamine (TEA) on powder properties and on the physical and chemical performance of ordinary cement pastes were compared with those of triisopropanolamine (TIPA). They also have been systematically studied by various physical and chemical analyses, such as laser particle size distribution analysis, the strength test of cement and so forth. The results show that the TIPA can replace TEA. It increases the 3d and 28d strength of cement mortar. The major reason of enhancing strength of the pastes by quality improver is that it improves particle size distribution. And the quality improver effectively improves the mill production (15 to 20 %).
