本文对润湿性梯度固体表面在空气中的自然冷凝结露特性进行了研究。研究结果表明,润湿性梯度的方向对结露有重要影响。当润湿性增加的方向与重力方向一致时,润湿性梯度表面具有很好的结露强化作用,与通常的均匀疏水或均匀亲水表面相比单位时间内的结水量明显提高;反之,润湿性梯度表面则会抑制结露。

We studied the characteristics of moisture condensation on sub-cooled wettability gradient surfaces. Results indicate that the direction of the wettability gradients may have significant impact. Compared with condensation on uniform hydrophilic or hydrophobic surfaces, the rate of condensation on the surfaces with wettability gradients is significantly improved if the increase of wettability is coordinated with the direction of gravity, and more water can be collected in the same time period; vice versa, the wettability gradients may reduce the rate of condensation.
