M7C3型碳化物的晶体结构对称性和单胞中的原子分布,对M7C3型碳化物的现有结构模型的结构对称性和X射线衍射数据详细分析,选择合金含量27 Cr-3.0C(%)的高铬铸铁,在D/MAX-Rb型X-Ray衍射仪上试验得到其衍射数据,利用Materials Studio软件中Reflex模块对已知各种可能的M7C3结构模型进行模拟衍射与现有的PDF[1213]中M7C3型碳化物的X射线衍射数据比较,铁基合金中M7C3型碳化物为具有Pmc21对称性的正交结构,,同时绘出了M7C3型碳化物原子模型的基面投影图.
